Called Donald the day after the storm that knocked out power at my house as the generator i was borrowing from a family member wouldn't start. He called us back 20 min later and told us to bring it over and that he would look at it. Took a look at it as soon as we got there, diagnosed a dirty carburetor and cleaned it while also showing my family member a drain plug that he did not know about and should empty after use. Dropped an old 25 yr chainsaw that didn’t start and two weeks later got it back and runs like a top. Nice guy, explained what he did and the price was very reasonable, don’t hesitate if you have an issue.
Not only is Donald a complete gentleman, eager and flexible to meet the urgent need of of my broken down snowblower repair hours before an 8” snowstorm, but he is an excellent mechanic as well. Well versed in mechanical and motored systems, Donald is also very much in touch with excellent customer service, the way he caters to his customer’s needs.
