We were at the home and Garden Show today. My toddler had a tantrum. The wonderful employee managing their booth let him sit in the auger (I think lol) and gave him a hat afterwards. This lifted his spirits so much and meant a lot to us. We have no need for construction equipment but would like to give a shot out to their employees as they seem like wonderful and caring people.
Excellent customer service coupled with knowledgeable and competent staff 👍 👌.
