Darren, in particular, has always been willing to provide helpful and honest advice, and any work either he or his colleagues have undertaken, has always been to my complete satisfaction. If you haven’t used HG Specialist Cars before, do the give them a try. They’re a friendly lot!
My car warning light went on and I turned up to see if they had any coolant I could buy. They came out to the car and had a look. Rather than sell me coolant, they let me know that it was leaking and by putting in coolant, it would just continue to overheat. They offered to help but as I was in a rush, I had to call RAC. They offered me cold drinks, use of their facilities and were generally really nice. I wasn’t even a customer but treated incredibly well. Faith in humanity restored!
