On two occasions previously, I have had an excellent experience with great service. Unfortunately for Valentine's Day this year, the customer care/service post-delivery did not meet expectations. My personal message came out as question marks '???'. I am surprised that this would not be questioned and confirmed with the person who made the order. Bought flowers for Valentine's Day and they wilted in 4 days! Even though I put them in the water right away. Even the cheapest bouquets from grocery stores stay longer. I ended up paying 3x for a bouquet of dry weed. Very disappointed, would never go back!
Kerry is amazing she helped me out and made one of the most beautiful Bouquet of flowers I have ever seen, truly amazing! Definitely coming back!!!
