I waited for 45 minutes never saw the Doctor. No one came out to apologize or update me regarding the delay. After 45 minutes they took me back for pre-testing and I was told there will be another wait because three other patients are a head of me. Patients are respectful of Doctors time. A good office manager would have handled this situation differently. I am truly disappointed. I will reach out to St. Mary’s Board of Directors.
