I gave the 2 stars for the doctor who is very knowledgeable and caring. However, I have had two incidents in the past year that are unacceptable to me. First, when I missed an appointment, they called to remind me and I rescheduled. When I arrived , I was told I had to pay $40 or I couldn’t see the doctor that day. I had to walk away. Very RUDE front desk staff. Rushed exams and sent to office to discuss many more appts and FOLLOW UP appts. THIS office is ONLY interested is MONEY & constant appts for COPAYMENTS. The doctor is constantly changing his mind on treatments and your pockets will pay the price. Do not recommend, if you voice your concerns you are dismissed from the office and can’t come back!
I was at this office with a friend that asked me to come for moral support and comfort as she was very anxious. I accompanied her into the examination room. She changed into the gown as instructed and when the Doctor finally came in he sat down began the examination and took care of what he had to do lightning fast and left stating on his way out to come to his office.
