I’m not even a patient of theirs and I still can’t believe I have to write this review. I just received a letter in the mail with a bill. I’m being in charge of a no-show fee. I must’ve called there two or three times I canceled the appointment the same day because my aunt passed away. On top of receiving a bill which I shouldn’t be receiving, I called them the same day I had the appointment to cancel it because I had a week to go to. They weren’t open the night before. Very personable, very efficient and there’s no wait time.
I had a check up today with Dr Patel , Front office was very friendly, was taken right away. Drs assistant was very thorough and very informative and I felt very comfortable with her then Dr Patel went over any questions I had, was not rushed, Dr Patel was excellent, I felt very confident in him.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Patel as my primary care physician. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Patel incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to truly listen to concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options.
