Purchased a trailer in may and by June all the boards were twisted and causing the siding on the trailer to come up. I called heights rv and asked them about this problem. They told me sorry, nothing we can do about that. Terrible service, terrible product they are putting on the trailers if on a month it goes defective. I now have to replace my whole floor just so no more damage occurs. Sold me a defective product. Do not buy from here.

Newly retired in June we came to Colorado to start our first-time long trip in our 2002 rv. One week into our trip we found ourselves locked IN our motorhome. Making several phone calls with no answer or no help we called Heights RV. They told us that they could help and eased our minds that our problem was not uncommon, and that they even had the part that we probably needed.
