I had a very disappointing experience at this location this morning around 8:30 a.m. The staff member who assisted I don’t know if she was Russian or what .. she was rude, impatient, and did not communicate clearly. As someone getting an X-ray for the first time, I expected to be guided calmly and respectfully. Instead, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Faezeh is really the best I had a great experience with my mammogram today. The technician was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. The procedure was much easier than I expected. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this clinic and Faezeh
It had take a long time for my appointment. The day of appointment I late just a few minutes because of my busy day and long distance from downtown. They didn't accept me. I felt disappointed. I waited a long time for might be able to be visiting. I asked technician but her attitude was rude. Then secretary purposed new and far appointment. When I asked, she explained that they need woman technician. I surprised and told : Is here Canada or Arabic or like Iran Islamic country ?!
Walk-in X-ray is walk in and wait for nothing. Told the receptionist that I was waiting outside for fresh air because I don't want to rebreath the expelled diseases of all the patients that sit in the small little front room. She confirmed my phone and made a note on my order. Waited outside for an hour, went in to check and was told "You know what? They probably called you several times, they were looking for you. Just wait here." Moral of this story, don't wait outside but bring a mask and a bottle of air.
