Ashley is an excellent sonographer indeed. She is professional and a good listener. I highly recommend her.
I had a disappointing experience with the ultrasound technician. Her behavior came off as unprofessional and slightly condescending and at times rude, which made the appointment uncomfortable. She didn’t create a reassuring or safe environment, which is especially important in medical settings. Additionally, I was concerned to learn that something I shared with her as a patient was later mentioned to the receptionist. Radiologist reported my report completely wrong. Rude receptionist. My family dr wouldn't give me my req and said he would send it directly to them so he has a share in this clinic al. Most of the drs in this building have a share in this clinic hence why they just send the req to them or ask the pts to go there. Wouldn't recommend anyone to come here and the technologist don't know what they are doing my 15 mins scan took them 30 mins.
