I was told the X-ray was walk-in. After 2 hours and 15 minutes of waiting, nothing had been done. I took my requisition back and left. Making patients wait that long without getting the X-ray done is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time.
The team is really great. Amy specifically is a very kind and professional tech. I can tell she has lots of experience doing scans. The team here has always been very nice to me during every visit. Some of the negative reviews here seem a bit harsh and unfair.
First time at this clinic. Was quick and very efficient. Amy the ultrasound technician was incredible! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional. Great experience would highly recommend this location.
A staff member named Amy was extremely rude, while her coworkers had instructed me to sit in one of the rooms (which they made me wait for a very long time), she comes out of now where and starts screaming at me, while it wasn’t even her business. She created a horrible experience for me!
We had our NT ultrasound appointment with Amy, on Friday noon, and my husband and I were both very happy with our experience. Amy was incredibly professional, patient, and informative throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered questions with care, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured.
