This was one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. One week before my scheduled mammogram and ultrasound, I was contacted and asked to attend on two separate days instead of the single day I had originally booked a month in advance. My elderly mom and i came in early this morning for a blood test and to book Hitek Requisition. We were sitting in the waiting area when a lady came around 7:40 am, just as she was opening Hitek door. She asked if we had appointment or if we were there for x-ray. I told her we needed to book appointment, and she said they officially open at 8:00am.
