I went to HiTek because I was having trouble with my other prosthetic, it just wasn't fitting properly. It was the best decision I could have made, I met Kody and he was kind, patient and understood everything I was talking about. Jen is the sweetest person you could meet, the staff is excellent. I am so close to walking on my own and all because of Kody, he's, my hero. Thank you HiTek for everything.
Mr dr ordered a pair of shoes and insoles for me. I had the impression made and was told that it would be 3-4 weeks, but probably less before they came in. I waited 7 weeks and nothing, so I called them. They informed me that the insurance required proof from my GP dr that they were treating me. They stated they had contacted my dr. So, I called my dr.
