Edit again: 2 more months and still no shoes. Going on 7 months now. Ridiculous. Edit: it has now been 6 months and still no shoes. A different excuse every time I call. Been waiting 2 months for a pair of shoes. Was told 2 weeks ago that the shoes were in house and waiting for the inserts. They still say it could be 2 more weeks before the are ready. The other places I've gotten shoes and inserts have never taken over a month. Update. Another month later and I find out they waited so long to turn paperwork in to insurance t... read more

We came to HiTek Limb and Brace for a helmet for our 1 year old for head shaping, and we had a great experience. They were knowledgeable and helpful with any concerns or questions we had.

My husband has been a patient of Tracy's since 2011. His care has been exceptional in every way.
