From the moment I arrived everyone was SO nice and friendly. Nick was absolutely AMAZING!!! Can't say enough about what a great experience it was! Highly recommend!
Very poor service,dont return calls,dont seem to care much about our needs,maybe business well going and dont mind the fellings left behind, for us in need i have called 5 times and always told Ashley will return your call,not so. I would think what truly going on behind the scenes is the potential gain from our misfortunes, definitely not customers needs Note: think twice in Considering them for help,just imagine if they are not there to help with the first step,where will they be with the second one if needed ?
My experience at HiTek was great! Was greeted instantly and the manager Nick was conversational. Not to mention the foot orthotics feel comfy!
Treated with disrespect from my first visit. They kept calling me to order shoes and inserts even when I told them I wouldn't and complained about their service and employees two times. Yesterday I found they had set an appointment for me to pick up shoes and inserts they picked randomly for me. Told me they were there like I had to take them. My mother came in for diabetic shoes. The gentleman were unprofessional and not friendly. Did not take the time with her and curt when questions asked. They didn't measure her foot for size or even look at it. Just asked her shoe size, however her foot has changed. Told us we get the shoe they pick out for us without seeing what it looks like. Would you wear a shoe unseen?? Won't return. Your customers may be elderly but don't deserve to be treated rudely.
