Needed trees cut back for a complex. They've lopped off entire branches when only trimming was necessary. Zero care or forward thinking abilities. Such a disappointment.
Had used this business for one of our properties previously so thought we would use them again, that was a mistake. They have clearly gone downhill in how the business is run. The amount of times I had to email Liam and chase them up just to come out and do the job. Then when they came out the job wasn't even completed and that took forever just to get the invoice changed as they wouldn't come back out to finish up. These arborists are amazing!! Hardworking, very organised and worked as a team as well as being friendly and easy to communicate with. About two weeks ago, we had three large trees removed. They did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and were very easy to talk to. Before they left, two different arborists came and spoke to us to make sure we were happy with everything. These guys came to take down a huge unstable tree on footpath for council. These men were friendly, helpful, speaking to all neighbours who had never ending questions. Very professional and did great work, safely, moving their truck when residents needed to access driveways and deserve recognition
