Needed trees cut back for a complex. They've lopped off entire branches when only trimming was necessary. Zero care or forward thinking abilities. Such a disappointment.
Had used this business for one of our properties previously so thought we would use them again, that was a mistake. They have clearly gone downhill in how the business is run. The amount of times I had to email Liam and chase them up just to come out and do the job. Then when they came out the job wasn't even completed and that took forever just to get the invoice changed as they wouldn't come back out to finish up.
