James was incredible. He listened to our needs and addressed them with thoughtfulness and expertise. He never once gave us the “sleazy salesman vibe” and worked within our budget to get us what we required; and on top of all of that, moved some things around in his schedule to install our system basically the next day! Support a small business. you can’t get customer service like that from a corporation. 100% recommend
