Our company needed an RFSoC platform for testing a new wireless communication design. After comparing a few suppliers, we decided to order from HiTech Global. The product quality was excellent, and everything matched the specifications on the website. The engineers were patient whenever we had technical questions, and the project moved forward without unnecessary delays. I would definitely order from them again.
We got a few of these boards for our start up company. The manual was well written and for any questions we had the customer service was usually always happy to help us out. They respond much quicker than other companies we worked with. Product quality is top notch. We will keep buying from here as this has facilitated our work on A.I. applications tremendously. 5/5
The "Xilinx Virtex UltraScale+ Platform" board has been very instrumental for us. These boards are great and work well for compute heavy tasks. Shipping was quick and other than that everything pretty straightforward. Will buy again.
TLDR: product OK but customer service is almost nonexistent. Ignoring almost all of inquiry emails about a product I purchased and keep ignoring my phone calls during normal work hours is probably not something would be done by good customer service. Also, the warranty info is not shown on the order information page or the email they sent after purchase. It is only written on a warranty page their website.
We ordered many HTG-940 boards and 6-Port QSFP28 FMC+ Modules from HiTech Global. Their modules are rated for 100G transmission. However they do not work, we experienced bit errors when testing them at that speed. We asked HiTech Global what settings they used when testing in case it was different from ours, but they did not respond.
