RecommendedGreat service. Getting an appointment was east and convenient. No waiting upon arrival. The technicians is knowledgeable and explained everything. They have done a good job to provide COVID protection. This will be my second brace from them.
Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. make you feel like a person from the moment you walk in the door. definitely the only place I'll go for any sort of brace from now on!

HiTech does indeed go the extra mile. Uninvited, I showed up on their doorstep in dire need of a knee brace to get me through until scheduled medical appointments next week. I thought I could limp along OK until then but quickly found out otherwise when I tried to get into my 4x4 with the high running board to drive home. After a 10-minute struggler I did manage to get into the truck and drive to their business. In short order I was fitted with an over-the-counter knee brace that restored my mobility. :-)
