"Poor workmanship and zero accountability. Simon installed a Fujitsu split system we supplied at a property in Cooloon Ave, Harrington that I am a part owner in with my brothers. He demanded payment on-site, refused to give an invoice, and left rubbish behind for months. The unit failed weeks later. He blamed the brand without properly inspecting it. A certified tech found the install was faulty, reused old parts, and voided the warranty. Simon refunded the install fee but refused to cover the damage he caused. Avoid."
