Dan came out as scheduled and was efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue with my dryer!
Really nice guys figured out what was wrong pretty quickly. Know what they are doing.
My oven went out last week so I called the only listing in yelling pages. Dan came on Monday and said it was the heating element and he would have to order it. Said it should be here on Thursday or Friday and he would call me as soon as it came in. 6 days later I called him and complained as I could have ordered it on the internet and had it in 2 days. This is our go to for appliance repair person moving forward: Return calls promptly (30 minutes for us). Ask questions and listened to what is being explained. Shows up when he said he would. Very fair price for labor and parts. My wife and I discussed the repair after Dan had completed it and I estimate it would have taken me 4 to 5 hours for what he did in 1.5 hours. We have ran 6 loads through the washer in 6 hours since the repair with no issues.
The ONLY person in town to return my calls. Very professional, quick to diagnose and fix my range oven for a very reasonable price. Provided recommendations for future problems if they were to arise. The only person I will be using in the future.
