Got my hearing aid through them. They accepted WSIB claims with direct pay.
After MANY months of suffering with tinnitus, I decided to make an appointment to see if any relief was available. Nicole was there to answer all of my questions. After a hearing test and ENT referral we determined I would benefit from a hearing aid with a tinnitus masker. It has been life changing me. My tinnitus was taking over my life. Now I can go about my day and barely think about it. Would highly recommend.
I was having some trouble with the fit of my hearing aids that I got through another provider so I went to Hitchons Hearing centre for a second opinion. Nicole was very helpful and now the fit issue I was having is resolved. Will be continuing to use Hitchons as my hearing aid provider from now on. Thank you very much Nicole!!
Harley is very professional, she walked me through all the details of my service clearly and is just lovely all around ! I highly recommend her. Have never felt more at ease with this type of service before, thank you again !!
