Late on Monday I had trouble with my RV power cord. I was able to drop the trailer off before closing, and they had it ready first thing Tuesday morning. That allowed my vacation to get underway with very little delay. I really appreciate the quick turnaround, and the cost of repair was more than reasonable.
Now my second visit and the service is terrible. You get ignored to start then staff are rude and dismissive. Tried to ask for help and both the service lady and male manager ignored me.
Rented an enclosed trailer for a week recently. Experience was great. Trailer was in perfect condition, staff were friendly and helpful. Will definately be using Hitchman in the future.
