I have been storing with Hitchens for years. I have been very happy with them and highly recommend them. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I always had easy access to my unit and would use again without any hesitation.
Kelly and the team at hitchens are incredible! Their support and kindness is truly admirable - they donated heaps of box’s at no cost to us for our annual Toy Drive for Westmead Children’s Hospital. (HUXLEYS HELPING HAND) We are so thankful for them and their generosity. We couldn’t get the toys there without them!

I recently used Hitchens for some short term storage. I'd definitely recommend giving these guys a go. The facility is clean with easy access & the staff are polite & helpful. I even got a refund for the balance of my rent when I moved out (always appreciated). Thanks for your help Hitchens & keep up the great work.
Furniture was scratched and covered in mould and dust Very disappointed
