We had a great experience picking out wedding bands at Hitched. Caroline was helpful answering questions and giving us ample time to look at all the options. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to shop at Hitched!
The ring is absolutely beautiful. Visually exactly what we wanted. However, the issue arose when we received the ring and it was a half size too big. We paid extra to get the half size which was the recommendation of the sales manager. They then tried to charge us an additional $100 to get the ring resized. I completely understand mistakes happen, but it doesn't seem right that we would be charged for that mistake.
Had a wonderful experience with Caroline. She was super knowledgeable and helped us find our perfect rings.
