A few years ago this shop installed a faulty hitch on my car that was later recalled. It caused well over $4000 in damage to my vehicle. Fortunately I caught it wobbling and had it replaced before it ripped out of my car. That could have easily cause a runaway boat. Super dangerous. Whew. You would think they would be offering a refund and replacement. Nope. After multiple calls and emails they did absolutely nothing. Now that I'm looking for a hitch for a new car this is the one shop I will avoid like the plague.
