Outstanding service! Had me diagnosed, fixed and on my way wicked fast.
I’ve gotten a few 5th wheel hitches here and had them do a lift on a trailer and have had such great service. I recently had an issue with a hitch and needed some service and it looked like something was off on it and they replaced the head under warranty. I highly recommend them and send everyone I know that’s in the market for what they do there way.
I had an amazing experience with the staff at Hitch Pros. I am so glad I contacted them for the work that I needed on my truck.
Owner took time to help me with a hitch issue that i bought elsewhere. Didnt charge me. Could have, i would have paid for the labour. Great crew over here. Would recommend 100X over.
We had a hitch and a bike rack installed on our car. We asked for someone to go through how it works and that was met with an eye roll and “ you are bothering me” attitude. The owner couldn’t be bothered to help us and sent an employee Curtis on his first day to help. Curtis was great and did his best to help but was not entirely knowledgeable about the bike rack. Disappointing experience.
