I contacted hitch and go June 2024. I spoke to Tracy regarding warranty repairs for my volante trailer. I was given their number by our Rvac insurance company. Tracy set up an appointment for Paul, to our trailer park and give estimate on repairs. She asked for my credit card number, as he would only come unless I agreed to pay $175 for onsite service. Paul was over two hours late. My husband left work early so he could be on time for Paul. Paul assessed issues and told us he would get Tracy to send quote to Rvac insurance. ... read more
Paul and his team were amazing to deal with. He met every single one of my needs and was so knowledgable. I shopped here over a year ago and my purchase has been the best decision I’ve made. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know.
