Very friendly and helpful . I had a hitch installed they got me in on schedule and completed job while I waited No need to arrange to leave the vehicle with them and arrange drop off and pick up. Priced significantly lower than quote I received at a large chain competitor and only a fraction of the wait to get me in Would give my highest recommendation
We were given 4 different prices from a dealership, went to U Haul who couldn't wire it, and called Hitch It. They did a great job at a fair price unlike the what the dealership wanted, and treated my wife like a human being. Highly recommend them.
Easy process to schedule and the install turned out great for my Backflip MX4 tonneau cover. The spray in bedliner looks just as good if not better than Line-x. Thank guys!
