Chris was great! We had some wires crossed as to what type of hitch I needed for my type of car. He was very gracious about the misunderstanding and immediately set up a time to come back the next day with the proper hitch to install. He also helped me install my bike rack and showed me how to use it. He was quick, efficient and friendly. I was worried about having to deal with this and he made it very easy. Highly recommend.
