This business has provided me with the worst service experience of my life. Last week, I called Hitch Experts Mobile about installing a hitch to my vehicle. I gave them the vehicle information, they gave me the quote, I agreed to proceed and they ordered the hitch. Over the course of the following week, I called them multiple times to confirm an appointment time because I don’t live in Calgary and I have to schedule my trip to Calgary ahead of time. Wow. Half the battle of getting work done to the vehicle is figuring out how to get it to the shop and who’s going to Uber home or to work etc. The fact that they come to you is AMAZING. They were on time, friendly, and finished on time. Thank you!
We had our jeep wired to pull behind our motorhome on Thursday by the hitch experts. We were quoted it would take 1.5hrs and it was exactly that. They were prompt and arrived at our house as promised. Saturday we connected our jeep to our motorhome to test everything out. We were struggling to get brake lights on our jeep. I had a trailer hitch professionally installed on my 2016 Toyota Highlander, and the best part? The entire job was done right at my workplace! The installer arrived on time, fully equipped, and got right to work without any hassle or disruption to my day. It was incredibly convenient—I didn’t have to take time off, drop my car off somewhere, or wait around in a shop. I'd recommend this company to friends and family.
Wish I could give a higher star rating. My hitch had no power and I was taking my family camping for August long weekend. He showed up within an hour, fixed the issue and had us on our way. The best service I have ever received. I wish all service companies worked this efficiently and honestly.
