After shopping around, I decided to have Mischa install a hitch on my new Mustang Mach-e. I appreciated the time he took to look up details on the hitch I was looking at. When I brought the vehicle in, he quickly determined a set of jack pads was required before he could safely lift the vehicle on his hoist - he didn't attempt to lift it improperly. Excellent value, quality and workmanship. You can’t ask for anything more.
My experiences with Mischa have been fantastic. My truck had to have the rails taken out and re installed properly. He did a very thorough job with it and even called to follow up. Super friendly and runs a great business. I highly recommend
