After shopping around, I decided to have Mischa install a hitch on my new Mustang Mach-e. I appreciated the time he took to look up details on the hitch I was looking at. When I brought the vehicle in, he quickly determined a set of jack pads was required before he could safely lift the vehicle on his hoist - he didn't attempt to lift it improperly.
