Came into shop to get a quote on hitch install for both my cars which I own, as the guy on the phone said he could not give a quote or confirm if he could do it unless I brought the vehicles in. The staff were friendly at first but immediately dismissive of my questions as if they could not be bothered. So much to the point that they wouldn't even take 2 seconds to check the vehicle after driving it all the way there and being told to bring it for a quotation.
