I’ve taken multiple rides with Hitch and not once have they shown up on time. Every single pickup has been late. If you’re relying on Hitch to get somewhere important or time sensitive, please don’t. It’s incredibly frustrating and unreliable. I would not recommend Hitch to anyone. Easily the worst ride service experience I’ve ever had.
DRIVER FEEDBACK:- NO humanity or respect as some people treat animals better than the management and employees of this company. Please be careful and cautious, drivers. Today, July 12th, I took a ride from Austin to Houston for $132. There is no return rider as the ride expires at 10:37 AM. The new ride was added to pick up a rider at 11:05 AM. Don’t do it. The worst company ever. Constant issues
I had a terrible experience using this app for airport service. The driver didn’t show up, spoke only Spanish, and refused to communicate with the customer. Then, they canceled at the last minute. Customer service operates only until 8 PM, so they couldn’t assist me at all. This left me with no help and proved that this app is not trustworthy. To make matters worse, the next day’s customer service response felt robotic and unhelpful. For your own safety, I strongly recommend avoiding this app. I will never use it again.
