DRIVER FEEDBACK:- NO humanity or respect as some people treat animals better than the management and employees of this company. Please be careful and cautious, drivers. Don’t do it. The worst company ever. Constant issues
I had a terrible experience using this app for airport service. The driver didn’t show up, spoke only Spanish, and refused to communicate with the customer. Then, they canceled at the last minute. Customer service operates only until 8 PM, so they couldn’t assist me at all. This left me with no help and proved that this app is not trustworthy. To make matters worse, the next day’s customer service response felt robotic and unhelpful. For your own safety, I strongly recommend avoiding this app. I will never use it again.
Its The one great service in Austin
Hitch is a great service for long distance ride share. Ride are affordable and there are plenty of options at different price points and different times each day. I've enjoyed taking it to not have to have the hassle of driving myself.
