An honest plumber, which seems a bit difficult to come by in this city! After being screwed around and over quoted by another company, I contacted HIT to replace my hot water unit. They had availability on the same day, had no issue with me supplying the unit (and also did not up-charge if they supplied the unit, offering the retail price from a local shop). Had an after hours call out where my tap just starting running at full pressure. I was away so had my daughter ring the team who talked her through how to isolate the mains. Within 30 minutes they had arrived and completed the job. Couldn’t recommend any higher. From the admin team to the tradesman who attended, they were all professional and helpful.
