My wife and I, and our daughter have been attending classes a couple times a week over the past 6 months. I was new to the area and looking for a challenging workout experience, different from the typical gym. Carla was kind, motivating, and knowledgeable, without being pushy to force me to join. I enjoyed the experience, and look forward to my next workout!
Carla and Jeff are amazing trainers. After coming in three days a week for a month straight, my endurance is way up and I feel like I can pack a 5-punch combo like never before. (I’m a total beginner)
