Don't trust them with my car. Had some work done and it came out worse than when I brought it in. They cracked my headlight, trunk won't pop up anymore, and my battery was dead when I went to pick it up. Had to take my car to another mechanic to get everything fixed properly.
I will be doing all my car work here. Kayla was great and squeezed me in to fit my schedule. Mechanic took the time to explain and showed pictures of a part that may need to be replaced, he explained how the issue presents, and even how the labour should be done if I go to another mechanic to prevent unnecessary labour. Great experience.
We have been using Hit Fair auto for many years. I feel like They have always been honest and very fair priced! I have never felt like they have taken advantage of my very limited knowledge of mechanics but have explained things so I would understand. I highly recommend.
5 Stars - My Truck Got Schooled, and So Did I! I rolled into Haitfaieb Auto in Nanaimo with a wheel wobbling like a toddler learning to walk. Turns out I needed brakes and a wheel bearing—who knew?
