When it came to working for this company I can definitely say they have a well-established system, but when it comes to everything else they lack many things. The higher ups are definitely shady, you would think they care about staff but they do not care at all. They gossip about everyone. When it comes to the pay, they don't pay people enough especially during the night time where some clients wake up so many time and do not sleep at all, however they consider it a sleeping shift. I did enjoyed working for this company. I started working with them in 2007 and left due to me moving out state. I came back in 2014 and Miss Ellen accepted me back she is truly the heart and soul of this company. The past few years things have been changing a lot is not the same company I knew and loved working for. I have had some miss understandings with the higher people in the office.
