Hoping to buy here. Great first visit with Alice. Very impressed with the values and spirit behind this developer. UPDATE: Alice proved to be hard to work with. She takes off the middle of the week every week and is completely unreachable when she does. The rest of the company even worse. In my opinion this is the worst built home using very poor quality of material poor workmanship a two year old could build a better home I wish I had never got involved with History Maker working with them from the start was a nightmare can't get them to do anything I do not recommend anyone to buy a home from history maker unless you want a poor quality built home and any good reviews in my opinion that they get they pay for them I am dealing with an issue now with them and I am told they can't do anything about it well my ... read more
