Historymaker decided to cut my internet line while building next door. They then backfilled the area knowing they cut the lines. Why waste money and have someone mark the area? Why not cut all of the corners and save as much money as possible and just dig without surveying? Why waste money to mark and flag the area if your workers are going to dig wherever they want?
