The model was great. But I realized I had just walked through a house in the same neighborhood coming in from the other direction. It was the same floor plan and was only 2 years old but really looked bad quality. I realized then what my home could look like years down the road.
My entire experience was awful from being pressured into signing for the price lock. The sales lady Shanessa was terrible. The price went up 8k in less than 1 month. Caught her in little lies here and there. They also said their close dates are in line with what the originally quoted. That is just flat out not true. My closing date got pushed back two months.
