The home is beautiful. However, some materials are not up to standard for the cost of the house, such as the flooring and fence. The appliances had kinks but were worked out. The trim was badly done around the doors, all around the house. It is cosmetic, so we can live with it. They tried to fix it, but it still looks bad. Rooms are large and the floor plan worked for us. Repairs are always addressed immediately, which was appreciated.
