The home is beautiful. However, some materials are not up to standard for the cost of the house, such as the flooring and fence. The appliances had kinks but were worked out. The trim was badly done around the doors, all around the house. It is cosmetic, so we can live with it. They tried to fix it, but it still looks bad. Rooms are large and the floor plan worked for us. Repairs are always addressed immediately, which was appreciated.
They sell houses, but Chris makes it a home.
Tommy was great to work with along with his team including Wes the construction manager. Everything was handled and delivered as promised, every time. Went above and beyond to accommodate our unique situation and the house is great. After a shockingly bad experience with another local builder History Maker Homes was a breath of fresh air.
Miriam was super informative and so nice to show us around models and really appreciated all the information she gave us and her spending time with us. Go to her for an awesome sale!
