Been here almost a year and it’s just problem after problem with my home like they’ve said in other reviews very poor craftsmanship. If you are walking home make sure everything is good inside home before signing. Don’t fall for there mark it with blue tape and we will address it before you sign because they will address certain things then peal off some places you taped and leave it as is. Save yourself and don't believe them. They only want to sell quick and the quality of these homes are not great. I wish I knew before we bought , the least I can do is stop others before they waste their hard earned money. They are building so quick that they miss A LOT of details. Everyone else's review is 100℅ true. Don't fall for their lies. History maker homes are 👎👎👎👎👎

We had to leave a review on Victoria Reyes she is a awesome consultant. She was very efficient, professional and a great communicator. She was with us from the beginning to the end.
