The lighting on the exterior has become the talk of the community. The amount of multicolored exterior lights could easily give passers by an epileptic seizure.. It looks like a circus nightmare. I could never Imagine staying there. Their long over due renovation seems to be unorganized, unplanned, and not fitting with our historical community character. I’m not even sure it is an operational hotel.

This is the old post office back when US1 was 2-lane, and there were no street addresses.The good old days. No air-conditioning, mosquitos, sand fleas, horse flies by the millions. 85F at midnight. Awful.
