I signed up for the ability to get a catalog from this company and I never received it I don't know why they don't return emails or send out their catalogs and somebody request them to possibly make an transaction for something that they have on their site this is not the way to do business I don't know what is going on

Do not waste your time dealing with these people I have for years and have gotten tired of always a back order or trying to find out information on a order and dealing with the rudeness. Go to another website and save your mind!

When are these people going to wake up and realize that charging people up the wazoo for shipping is not the way to build business. I don't expect it to be free- though that would be nice- but instead of lower shipping costs for buying more, they charge more.

Nightmare transaction! After three and a half weeks they told me the order shipped two weeks earlier. Never received it! Called again and they told me it hadn't shipped and that it was still in process! Would not cancel the transaction! Associate was callous on the phone knowing I was at their mercy. I highly do not recommend this business. Shame on Google for their representative of these unscrupulous mongrels.
