I’m from Michigan and was driving a 16-foot box truck through Florida on my way to Arizona when I broke down around 8 PM. I googled 24-hour mobile mechanics and that’s how I found History Lake Auto Shop. David, the owner, opened his shop late, checked my truck, and when parts weren’t available, he personally drove me to a hotel and even picked me up the next morning. I normally don’t do reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. I needed a new a/c compressor and some other things fixed on my car. I called and made an appointment, dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by 5pm. I couldn’t get there until 5:30 but they waited for me to come and get my car. Very honest and fair priced shop! I am so glad I took my car here. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Dave!
Had my exhaust done today and they did a great job! My truck sounds great! If you’re looking for a great exhaust shop, this is the place to go!!! Dave is awesome!!! They now do everything here except tires and oil changes!!!
Very disappointed in the way they treat people at this facility. It clearly has had a change in management, as David made us stand outside in the rain!
