We stayed in cottage 3. Perfect location to access four different Hatfield & McCoy trail systems! Minutes to connector trails 29 and 25 to access Pocahontas, Indian Ridge, Pinnacle Creek (one of my favorites!), and the Warrior trail systems. Private location even if it is beside two abandoned dumps. Covered parking for the toys. Fire pit with purchasable fire wood. Hot tub was great but it’s not hot enough. Large shower. Privacy: Ariel booming fireworks shot 3 days up to the 4th without a hassle. Security: Cameras everywhere on the outside. Equipment unattended for most days without a problem. Comfort: Beds and pillows 5 star Amenities: Stocked and clean. Hot water and shower pressure good. 3 people took showers within 1hour without losing hot water. Great guys to do business with Cody is awesome. Goes out of his way to accommodate you in every way he can. The house is just fine for what we need and the trails are real close by plus their machines are great and in good condition I will definitely be back with these guys again.
Great location for HM trails. Rooms are as expected as we have stayed there previously, basically 3 bunk rooms. heat did not work first half of stay but owner very responsive..
The owner was very nice and the cottage had plenty of room and everything we needed. It was close to the trails and had plenty of parking. Will use again!
