Crushingly disappointed. It took almost two weeks for them to mail out two pair of brackets that were in stock.. USPS took another twelve days. Excited when the box arrived finally. The quality is horrible. Rough flange everywhere. Only three out of the four even match.

Simple, basic lighting parts not in stock. Ordered on 5 Oct and emailed a follow up and no reply. Emailed a much longer inquiry and still nothing. Finally called today and canceled my order. First and last time I will order from here. If you don't stock basic parts, stop taking orders. Also, engage with you customers, I could have gotten these elsewhere in this amount of time - and I am taking into account your own sites 7-10 day lead time.

Do not buy from this company. They are running a scam. I ordered power coated Acme shutter hinges and when I received them they were raw metal. No coating at all. I called to let them know and was told that they would check into it and call me back. I have yet to receive a return call or reply to any emails. This is not a creditable company. Place orders at your risk!
