This place is horrible... its dirty, the bathroom sink leaked everywhere, the toilet ran all night and the blowdryer didn't work. The chair broke and my mom almost fell on the floor. They have a portable air conditioner that is tucked tape to a nasty dirty window. There is nobody available to talk to, whenever you try to call the office, or maintenance or any extension it's always a busy signal. First of all this place advertises as 2 diff hotels 1 being the historic Hollywood beach resort the other hollywood beach resort and cruise port and they go hand n hand w the Hollywood beach towers...first I called to see about an early check in and they said it would be impossible to check in b4 4 pm so it is what it is can't argue w policy then I called back to check about the parking, I already knew u had to pay I just needed to know where so they said to park in the garage and pay the 15 dollars a day....I arrived at 4 p... read more
great place to visit. these guys were super attentive. they let my kids try everything in the store. and even gave us a discount. the young man and his father are the kindest duo you'll ever meet and even their technician Eric was very friendly. very friendly and relaxed environment for the young and old. they have all kinds of devices and gizmo's for all ages. i got to ride this electric segway and compare it to their trike. i am definitely going back and bringing more family.
