We used the DeGroodt House as our space to get ready and take first look photos. So beautiful and artistic, even on a rainy day. Overall great experience!

The space is incredible, the outdoor areas are stunning, and we are so impressed with the above-and-beyond service received from Jennifer - She's so passionate about what she does and it shows in her work. Thank you, Jennifer for everything you've done! We can't wait to get married at this beautiful home.
This venue is the CUTEST! It is perfect for micro weddings or small social gatherings. The outdoor space feels like you are in a magical forest and the house is totally charming. The owners are fantastic to work with, they make the planning so easy. I also love that you can rent the house overnight so you don’t have to leave the property after your event. This is seriously a hidden gem in Excelsior.

Jennifer was so incredibly helpful from the planning process to the actual day. She went above and beyond to help with our small wedding and the venue itself is gorgeous and well cared for. I highly recommend this venue!
