Cullen Construction did an outstanding job on our project. A seemingly minor project was full of a number of design details and nuances. The roof presented a number of challenges with the use of Ludowici tile roofing, a roof line that connected two building, extensive copper flashing, the installation of a custom cupola and weather vane and also the installation of custom ridge cap tiles. Quick and efficient service.
Cullen Construction recently completed a total renovation down to the studs of our villa. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. The crew were very diligent in keeping us up to date with the progress in addition to explaining what would happen next. It was finished in 6+ months as projected.
This was our 3rd project with Cullen in the last 5 years; 2 were major renovations including the recently completed kitchen. They are very responsive and their subs are top notch. Special thanks to Jamie and Dan our “on site” project managers.
