My order arrived 2 days later than promised, and is missing items! No one answers the phone during business hours: made numerous calls during business hours, and tried numerous extensions, and voice mail for shop is full. Have shopped with you in-store for many years, am very disappointed with lack of access to a human for customer service.

One of the houses is just a decaying mess the other house has a nice staircase but nothing really special. In fact I thought it was quite small. It's supposedly had 18 slaves I'm not sure that's true, the house was so small that I'm thinking two slaves would have been more than enough. It really wasn't worth my time.
