Highly recommended. Brenda and her staff are wonderful and caring professionals. Branda takes the time to get to know you as well as sits down and talks to you when you go in. She takes the time to talk and see what's going on instead of so many other providers that just zip in and out, spending only minutes with you making it feel very non personal. I was informed about Historic Bluffs from a good friend- they took me in as a new patient right away! Brenda was & still is amazing to work with! The nurses are also very sweet & professional- felt no judgement whatsoever. This clinic is awesome :)
They are great. I feel really listened to, and they are particularly considerate of my medical needs. When I was moving to Dubuque, I couldn’t seem to get a doctors appointment within 3 months, and the medication I’d been taking for years was running out- cue my panic! They were able to pull my records from my previous doctors and get me in the next week. I am forever grateful and glad I have the best medical providers in town!
